Applications for the 2027/2028 Academic Year are open

We are thrilled that you are interested in learning more about Neuchâtel Junior College and we are here to support you throughout the application process. We are accepting applications on a rolling basis. Each application will be reviewed upon receipt. Admission decisions are made once all of the application requirements are complete. We aim to have admission decisions to families within two weeks of the submission of an application.

The general application deadline is January 15, 2027. There is a tuition incentive for applying early. There is no need to wait until the application deadline, so complete the application now!

We are running some Student Recruiting events this fall. We will update our website with more information.

Applications are received and reviewed by the admissions committee on a rolling basis.

The application is initiated on the school portal by creating an account. The application form includes lots of information about the process  and submitting documents is all done using the portal.

A completed application includes:

  • A signed application form
  • Transcript of all High School credits to date – (or historical report cards)-for Grade 9 to Grade 11 including any Grade 12 credits completed
  • A report card from the current academic year
  • Reference letter (optional)
  • Student essay – topic is included in the application form

Once an application is complete, a member of the admission team will confirm receipt and the applicant will be invited to book an interview.

All fees are paid in CHF (Swiss Francs)

Students registered for the full academic year (September to mid-June)

*The Easter break mandatory trip (Ancient Civilization or Service Trip) are not included in the tuition fees.

Students from outside of Canada and the United States should contact admissions for more details on international tuition.

  • Orientation (September)  
  • World War I Battlefields – Bruges, Belgium & Vimy, France (November)
