“Academically, NJC has pushed me to think critically and engage with complex ideas; connecting classroom lessons with real-world experiences. This ability to link past knowledge with new experiences has better prepared me for university and life in a globalized society.”
“During my time here I’ve found I’ve been equipped with the experience to become braver, more outgoing and encouraged to share my ideas. A big part of this growth is due to the teachers at NJC, who are, above all, passionate about their teachings, and through that create passionate students who are excited to learn.”
“My semester was nothing short of life-changing. The independence and new responsibilities have well-prepared me for the next stages of my life and academic career in so many more ways than a traditional high school could.”
“I can confidently say that I know what it means to Step Outside. It’s far more than travel, it’s transformation. NJC didn’t just show me the world, it showed me my place in it.”
“My pension was incredibly welcoming and allowed me to flourish in Neuchâtel, a city I previously knew nothing about but now feel like I’ve lived in my whole life. This living experience benefited me in so many ways, but it mostly helped for my self-reliance and independence.”
